Fulfillment Policy for Course of Action (COA)


1. Program Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process: Clients can enroll in our coaching programs through our website. Upon selection, clients will receive detailed information about the program, including start dates and payment instructions.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon enrollment to secure a spot in the chosen program. We accept payments via major credit cards and other specified methods.

2. Program Delivery

Access to Services: After successful enrollment and payment, clients will receive access to our private member site, message board, and details about weekly group calls. Personalized coaching sessions will be scheduled in coordination with the client.

Program Materials: All necessary materials, including fitness plans, nutrition guides, and mindset resources, will be provided digitally through our member portal.

3. Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations:

 

  • Before Program Start: Clients may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the program's start date for a full refund.
     

  • Within 7 Days of Program Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the program's start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
     

  • After Program Commencement: Once the program has started, no refunds will be issued.
     

  • Program Modifications: If a client wishes to change their program start date or switch to a different program, requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original start date. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


4. Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are processed based on the cancellation policy outlined above. To request a refund, clients must contact our support team via email at support@onecoa.com.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Program Termination by COA

Right to Terminate: COA reserves the right to terminate a client's participation in the program if they violate our terms of service or engage in behavior detrimental to the community.

Refunds Upon Termination: In cases of termination initiated by COA, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
